How to clean a charger
Check the charging area and charging contacts
Check that the charging area in the charger is clean and not blocked by wax and debris
If your charger is equipped with metallic charging pins, verify that the charging contacts are not blocked by debris

Wipe the charger with a dry, lint-free cloth. If needed, you can use a lightly dampened (not wet) cloth with water to remove stubborn dirt, but never let moisture enter the charging ports
