Protect your hearing

Pay attention to noise!

Noise exposure is one of the main causes of hearing loss. Yet most people do not even notice if they are damaging their ears. Seeing and hearing are important senses for our social interaction. Yet, while we can close our eyes to give them a break, our ears are in a state of permanent readiness.

We continuously perceive sounds even while sleeping. This has a long-term effect not only on hearing but also on the autonomic nervous system. This can result in hearing loss and also other physical symptoms. This is why you should protect your hearing.

Preserve your sense of hearing

Avoid noisy situations, use earplugs, set a noise limit for devices you use with headsets – and above all: Give your ears a break more often by treating yourself to more peace and quiet.
