AS AUDIO-SERVICE GmbH once again overall winner of the BVHI customer satisfaction survey

Löhne, October 2017 – Since 2010, Germany's hearing system manufacturers have been inviting hearing system specialists to participate in a survey conducted by the German Association of the Hearing Systems Industry [BVHI]. Their aim is to measure customer satisfaction as a means of continuously improving their services. In this year's customer satisfaction survey, AS AUDIO-SERVICE GmbH won the top spot in overall satisfaction for the third consecutive time.

The survey was conducted online in June of this year with a link to the electronic questionnaire being emailed to the hearing system specialists. It goes without saying that all responses are evaluated anonymously and are treated with the utmost confidentiality. As in previous years, this collaborative project was conducted by the market research company 2HM. By way of a thank-you, all participants receive a short report containing the survey's findings on the general trend on the market. 

The BHVI represents all hearing system manufacturers in the German market and, to date, has conducted eight surveys on behalf of its members. 

AS AUDIO-SERVICE GmbH has come top in the category "Customer loyalty and overall satisfaction" since 2015. It has also held lead position in the category "Marketing and sales support" six times in a row since 2012.

This top rating shows that the Audio Service strategy of focusing our activities around the hearing system specialists is recognized and valued by our partners.
